First and foremost, I hope you're not in too much pain? I had no idea one tooth might need 4 root canals, and, well, that just sounds awful. Here's to a fast/full recovery. Lord knows you're overdue for one.

I feel the same way anytime I go home to Portland. I still know how to get everywhere in the city, but don't recognize anything along the way. I wonder how long we have to be away before home doesn't feel like home anymore?
